This also includes monitoring the backup, replicating the data offsite and testing the integrity of the backups by doing test restores. For the quickest possible recovery in the event of a disaster, we provide an onsite NAS (Network Access Storage) device that stores your data, and then we replicate that information offsite so that it is always safe. This is all encrypted for security of your data.
You can also benefit from having IT policies in place. This includes overall company policies/procedures and active directory groups and permissions management. This will help your users know how to interact with the network and the company data in a secure way. It will provide company-wide consistency so that all employees have the same look and feel.
